Good luck on Monday those being stitched up in #Brierfield case #edl
24 06 2012A MASSIVE stitch up is occurring at Preston crown court tomorrow when 11 men and one woman appear on charges of racially aggravated threatening behaviour. The facts of the matter are that after peacefully protesting outside corrupt MEP Sajjid Karims house, they made their way to Brierfield to hand out leaflets and were attacked by 100 Muslim thugs armed with machetes, bats and golf clubs.
The head of NW CPS, being a personal pal of Karim, has it in for these defendants, after Karim lied about them threatening him at his home, which we can prove didnt happen with videos taken on the day. The CPS have done a deal for them all to plead guilty to lesser charges, and the Judge yesterday hinted that he is going to punish them severely, even though all they actually did was defend themselves from a massive attack. Police statements back up the fact that the 100 Muslims were armed, screaming racial comments at the EDL and police and one officer said “normally we would have arrested these people for public order offences but were aware that this would have made the situation worse”. Other officers commented “I was in real fear for mine and my colleagues safety” and “several of the asian youths were armed and shouting racial abuse”.
So they took the easy option, and arrested the whites. after discussions we have decided that should these 12 people be unfairly sentenced on Monday, we are going to demo in Brierfield, and the CPS offices/Court because we simply cannot sit back and allow these injustices to go on. 11 people were jailed at Carlisle, for minor public order offences, NOT involving violence, yet the Somali girls who nearly kicked Rhea Page to death in Leicester did not face jail.
They are jailing white people left right and centre, while allowing immigrants, and especially Muslims, to break the law and get away with it. The CCTV shows many Muslim youths carrying weapons and threatening violence, and we will be publishing stills of these after the case and asking why these people have not been arrested, or the subject of an appeal on Crimewatch. We will also publish parts of the statement weve referred to.
Good luck tomorrow all those in court, you are gonna need it.

22 06 2012Norwich pub bans English Defence League from meeting as EDL plans city march – News – Norwich Evening News
Posted: June 21, 2012 in News Feed

Meetings of the controversial English Defence League have been banned at a Norwich pub after a string of complaints.
About 45 members of the group, which is associated with violent demonstrations, have met at the Marlpit pub in Hellesdon Road. No trouble was reported and another meeting was booked for last weekend. But after complaints about the meetings from an anti-EDL group, the pub’s owners, Enterprise Inns, banned the EDL and the meeting was cancelled.
A spokesman for Enterprise said the licensee had been “reminded of their obligations”. She said: “We have spoken to the publican, who we understand has instructed pub staff to ensure no further meetings of the English Defence League are hosted at the Marlpit pub.”
It it understood the pub agreed to let the EDL hold the first meeting, but after receiving emails complaining, Enterprise Inns urged the landlady to not allow any more meetings.
Green Party councillor for Wensum ward, Lucy Galvin, said she was concerned by the EDL activity in the area.
She said: “Norwich has a long and proud tradition, stretching back centuries, of welcoming people of many faiths.
“The Marlpit pub is a friendly local where people get along well. There’s no room here for groups which seek to set people against each other and cause trouble.”
The EDL, which has an East Anglian division, has attracted controversy since forming in Luton in 2009.
On its website the right-wing group says it protests “peacefully”, but its marches are often marred by violence and arrests, along with counter-protests by anti-fascist groups and trade unions.
The Norwich division of the EDL, which has 75 members on its Facebook page on the internet, is also planning a march through Norwich on October 20.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk police said: “Norfolk Constabulary is aware of content posted online about a planned event, but we have not been formally approached about this matter.”
On its website, the EDL lists the banning of Reverend Alan Clifford of the Norwich Reform Church from using a market stall on Hay Hill as one of the reasons its planned march.
The church was banned from using the stall by Norwich City Council after a complaint it was publishing “hate-motivated” leaflets.
A city council spokesman said: “We have been made aware of this planned event. This is a matter for the police with whom we will be liaising closely in relation to any issues it may present.”
No one from the Norwich branch of the EDL could be reached for comment yesterday.

Paedophiles, this blog and the deranged divvies of the left. #edl #mfe #rochdale #islam
11 05 2012If you look back through posts on this blog, Casuals United News Team (C.U.N.T) have highlighted many cases where white paedophiles have received pathetic sentences, those posts are all still on this blog. We have said many times that YES we know the majority of nonces in this country are white, that is obviously going to be the case in a country where the vast majority of people are white. That should be obvious to an idiot. But its not obvious to the left wingers that prowl the internet talking nonsense.
The reasons we highlight Muslim grooming gangs are simple. 1. Until recently the police, CPS , liberal media and our MPs were loath to talk about this problem, never mind address it. 2. In many recent cases, it has emerged that police knew about these gangs for a long time but did nothing, fearing a racial backlash. 3. The fact is, online gangs aside, most white nonces act alone and are aware that other people would be disgusted if they were found out, but these Muslim grooming gangs apparantly feel there is nothing wrong with it at all. In many cases they are ringing around inviting their friends/relatives to come round and get involved. This situation is unique to these people.
Can you imagine a friend ringing you saying “weve got some 12 yr old girls here we are raping them, come round and join in”? It wouldnt happen in most communities. So why does it happen in this one?
The lefties and other apologists on Question time blamed the victims. Typical left wingers. Blame anyone but not immigrants. Yes, its disgusting that these girls were out at night and their parents were probably pissed or drugged up and didnt care but they are still victims at the end of the day. Children being abused by adults. The perpetrators are so used to playing the race card that they accused the kids of being racist. The anonymous 59 yr old suspect said one of the victims was a “white supremacist” and even called the judge a racist. What he is saying there is “I am black HOW DARE you criticise me”. Im sure a “white supremacist” would not sleep with a few hundred immigrants just so she could then accuse them of rape.
Wake up and smell the perversion. Plenty more of these cases will be appearing at a court near you soon. I await the day a politician actually tells the truth about what is going on here.

How mass immigration has “enriched” Britain #edl #uaf #immigration
29 04 2012370,000 migrants on the dole
More than 370,000 migrants who were admitted to Britain to work, study or go on holiday are now claiming out-of-work benefits, according to official figures compiled for the first time.
The migrants, who can claim unemployment, housing and incapacity benefit, are costing taxpayers billions of pounds a year.
In other countries, many would have had to return home after their visas expired or their employment ended.
But Chris Bryant, shadow immigration minister, today blamed the Government and said the situation would only get worse due to lax border controls, rising migration and increasing unemployment.
He said: “Tory ministers are resorting to rhetoric and misinformation to hide the reality of their failures on immigration and unemployment.
“Far from strengthening immigration control the Government is returning fewer illegal migrants and net migration has continued to increase. And at the same time increasing numbers of people born here and abroad are on out-of-work benefits because the government’s failure on the economy has pushed unemployment up.
“Ministers should get a grip of rising unemployment and weaker border controls rather than trying to hide behind questionable figures which include people who have been British citizens for many years, and don’t take account of British citizens claiming benefits abroad.”
The figures are likely to reopen the debate over the generosity of the welfare system amid growing concerns that the country has become a destination for “benefit tourists”.

Another hate merchant allowed to stay #EDL #MFE #Casualsunited
26 04 2012Second hate cleric is allowed to stay – and he’s so
dangerous he was banned from AS-level chemistry
By ANDY WHELAN
PUBLISHED: 23:28, 21 April 2012 | UPDATED: 02:17, 22 April 2012
An Iraqi Muslim cleric suspected of being involved with Al Qaeda and radicalising young Britons has used the Human Rights Act to continue to live in the UK – despite Government efforts to deport him.
Taha Muhammad is regarded as one of Britain’s most dangerous security threats. He was even banned from studying AS-level chemistry because of fears he would use the knowledge to commit terrorist acts.
The decision to let him stay is another setback for Home Secretary Theresa May, already under pressure after attempts to deport Abu Qatada to Jordan descended into chaos.
Staying: Attempts to deport Abu Qatada descended into chaos
The Government is so concerned about Muhammad, 35, that for several years he was placed under round-the-clock surveillance, given a curfew and banned from preaching.
But Muhammad says he cannot be deported to Iraq because he could be detained and tortured there.
He argues sending him back would be a breach of Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Judges at an immigration tribunal allowed him to stay even though the Home Office said they believed he:
- Had links to several terrorist groups including Al Qaeda.
- ‘Took part in both terrorist training and activities’ and had ‘considerable jihadi pedigree’.
- Maintained contacts with Islamist extremists in Britain and abroad.
- Provided support for the jihadist insurgency in Iraq.
- Expressed extremist views.
Muhammad, who is understood to be living with his partner and three children in Birmingham, has now changed his name. An Iraqi Kurd, he managed to overturn a control order in 2010 and immigration judges said because of that, they had to conclude the allegations made by the Home Office were without foundation.
Muhammad also vowed to sue the Government over his treatment and is now poised to win a large compensation payout.
Setback: Home Secretary Theresa May is already under pressure after her failure to deport Abu Qatada
But Charlie Elphicke, Conservative MP for Dover and Deal, said: ‘This is yet another example of why we need a British Bill of Rights. How the European Convention has been applied doesn’t work for Britain’s policies on border security and national security.
‘It’s a real issue for me because my constituents complain that the European Convention and Human Rights Act is a villains’ and terrorists’ charter and the position is simply unacceptable and needs to be resolved.’
Muhammad arrived in Britain in 2002 and applied for asylum after claiming Saddam Hussein’s Ba’ath Party had accused him of being a member of the opposing Muslim Brotherhood, so had detained and tortured him.
The Home Office refused his application for asylum but he was granted exceptional leave to remain until March 2006.
While living as an imam and leading prayers at a mosque, he become one of MI5’s top terror suspects and in May 2006 was put under a control order.
The Government was so concerned about Muhammad that it made him the subject of a list of restrictions running to 15 pages.
Muhammad was given a curfew, limited to where he could go and banned from meeting a list of named individuals. He was also barred from attending his local mosque and leading prayers.
The Government also put a stop to his plans to study chemistry and human biology because it was thought he would use the knowledge gained to engage in terrorism.
Complain: MP Charlie Elphicke says Britain needs a Bill of Rights to protect its borders
Muhammad argues that he would be at renewed risk of detention and torture if he returned to Iraq because the authorities there would treat him as somebody linked to insurgency.
His wife, Amin Bayan Star, 22, and their children are also allowed to remain here after immigration judges concluded their removal would breach their rights to a private and family life under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
In a statement released through his solicitor, Muhammad said: ‘I have never done anything unlawful and I have been living a nightmare during the time I was subjected to the control order which was like living in a prison without bars.
‘Once the control order ended I believed my ordeal was at an end but the Home Office refused both my and my partners application for indefinite leave to remain and this threw my life and that of my family into turmoil and uncertainty again.
‘I hope and pray that the Home Office will leave me and my family alone.’
Control orders were introduced in March 2005 as a means of holding terror suspects who had not been charged or tried and where the evidence was largely sensitive and derived from intelligence sources.
In January of last year, following pressure from civil liberties campaigners, control orders were replaced with Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures, known as T-Pims, which have fewer controls but greater surveillance.
A Home Office spokesman said: ‘We take all necessary steps to protect the public from individuals we believe pose a threat and remove them from the UK.
‘But removal can be a challenging process and we have to operate within the law.’

#Stockport rape – white woman “enriched by multiculturalism” #edl #mfe #stockportcounty
24 04 2012Woman abused and raped by two men in Stockport
Greater Manchester Police has released e-fits of the men in an attempt to trace themA 27-year-old woman was attacked by two men and raped by one of them in her Stockport home.
The woman was approached by the men in a car as she walked on Edgeley Road, next to Alexander Park, in the early hours of 14 April.
She invited them back to her house, but half an hour later asked them to leave. The men then became verbally abusive and one of them raped her.
Both men then got back in their black Punto car and drove off.
Greater Manchester Police said the woman went through a “horrific ordeal”.
The force has released e-fits of the men in an attempt to trace them.
Both men are described as Asian with light skin.
One was about 5ft 8in (1.7m) and slim, in his late 20s with black hair.
He spoke with a strong Manchester accent and wore a black Nike tracksuit, black trainers with silver lines and had strongly defined eyebrows.
He was driving the car and was referred to as “Mani”.
The other man had a large build, was about 5ft 6in (1.6m) and was slightly younger. He wore a black T-shirt and baggy blue jeans with black work boots.
Det Sgt Jay Beeken said: “This was a horrific ordeal that the victim has been put through.
“The men were in her home and were asked to leave and then events took a much more sinister turn.
“She was verbally abused, physically assaulted and then raped by one of the men before they both left in their car.
“She has been supported by officers and has managed to give us a very detailed description of both men, enabling us to produce good quality e-fits.
“I now want people to take a good look at the images and let us know if you recognise them.”
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.

Hmmm Commies said the injured kids were made up #fail and they have the bare faced CHEEK to complain police were heavy handed #edl #mfe
24 04 2012Brighton police investigate March for England complaints
12:00pm Tuesday 24th April 2012 in News
Police are investigating complaints of heavy-handedness at Sunday’s March for England protest.
Caroline Lucas, the Green MP for Brighton Pavilion, is understood to have referred to Sussex Police her concerns about footage from the March For England counter-protest in Queen’s Road, Brighton.
A video posted on internet site YouTube showed a line of officers, and some on horseback, hitting unarmed protesters with batons to force them down the road.
But police have described the tactics as “professional and proportionate” and said officers were themselves facing violence.
Hecklers Anti-fascist counter-demonstrators lined the road on Sunday lunchtime to heckle the nationalist marchers, whom they accuse of far-right extremism.
The march, strung out along the road, was subjected to missiles including plates of food and drinks cans.
A ten-year-old girl taking part in the march was hit on the head but continued to take part.
The parade’s progress was repeatedly halted by demonstrators blocking the road.
Officers used batons and pepper-spray to clear them from its path.
Police eventually decided not to help the march pass the Clock Tower but to escort it into Church Street through Victoria Gardens. More clashes followed in North Laine
Former city councillor Jean Calder wrote to The Argus yesterday condemning the use of pepper spray on the counter-demonstrators.
She said: “Police are highly trained and well paid professionals.
“It is their job to uphold the law and deal with provocation without losing their temper.
“Other public servants, such as nurses and social workers have at times to deal with insults and physical abuse.
“Most do not resort to violence and neither should police.
“They should also be able to tell the difference between protesters who are law abiding and those who are not.”
Sussex Police confirmed it had received a complaint about the use of batons based on the YouTube clip, which has been circulated on social media website |Twitter.
Public safety Superintendent Steve Whitton said: “Our priority throughout the event was public safety and we acted to protect the march, the officers themselves and other members of the public.
“The brief and selective footage shows police officers acting in a professional and proportionate way when faced with hostile groups intent on stopping and attacking the march and the police officers.
“It has to be seen in the context of a complex four-hour operation in which police were regularly faced with aggressive and violent behaviour from a minority of the protesters, some of it even more violent than that shown in those brief clips.”

#MFE Brighton looks like a deliberate public order fail #edl #uaf #casualsunited
23 04 2012Look how close the unwashed were to the patriots parade in this pic. This is a DELIBERATE public order fail. Like the old days of the EDL Manchester demo. Someone in Sussex police wanted disorder, maybe so they can justify a ban in future. Any police force worth its salt would keep counter protesters out of sight as its like a red rag to a bull. Its not rocket salad.
This type of fail can lead to a large demo and the associated cost as we will not be mugged off in this way and WILL exercise our democratic right to celebrate our English culture. Consideration is under way for a national EDL demo.

U-turn on mosque free parking plans #edl
13 04 2012
PLANS to give a mosque free car parking spaces in Blackpool have been shelved.
And the handling of the situation has been blasted as “chaotic” after Blackpool Council withdrew the offer.
There was uproar when it emerged the Noor-a-Madina Mosque, on Waterloo Road – which has been refused planning permission by Blackpool Council – had been conditionally offered eight free car parking passes for the Blackpool South car park.
But it has now been revealed senior officers and councillors were unaware of the deal – and the mosque has been stripped of the offer.
Deputy leader of the opposition, Coun Tony Williams, now wants a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the offer, and said: “This is totally chaotic – who is running the council?
“It is a total shambles and a disgrace.”
The council has stressed the passes would only have been issued if a planning appeal by the mosque was successful and said the decision was made because other places of worship had been granted similar arrangements in the past.
Tassuraf Shah, who runs the mosque, believes eight parking spaces could help the mosque secure planning permission – but said it had always been happy to pay.
Mrs Shah, who expects the appeal to be heard in the coming months, said: “Obviously the spaces will help us win the appeal and as far as we are concerned it is not an issue if they are free or not, we need them so will pay.”
John Donnellon, service director for built environment, said: “Mrs Shah contacted us in February to request parking permits for South Beach car park. In the past we have granted special dispensation to places of worship therefore an officer felt it was only fair if the mosque was offered the same if their planning application was successful.
“However this is not a decision that was passed by senior mangers or councillors who deem this to be a completely different set of circumstances than the other locations. In the light of this, the offer of the complementary passes has been revoked.
“I want to make it perfectly clear that the visitors to the mosque have not been parking for free in a council car park and nor will they do so in the future.”

Abu Hamza’s had a bit of bad luck (shame)
10 04 2012Abu Hamza and his cronies are drinking in the last chance saloon tonight, as they will soon be going on a trip to the States to face justice. Hamza is partly responsible for the patriot movements that have come to prominence in the last few years as in the days when he was preaching his hatred outside Finsbury Park Mosque, unchallenged by the police, this led to a group of football lads from various London and South Coast clubs forgetting their differences and forming the United British Alliance (UBA) to oppose him.
Then with Choudrey’s hate filled roadshows and Sayful Islams team of gimps in Luton insulting our brave troops we now have all these different patriot groups that have evolved. Its nice to see our spineless politicians finally realising that all these demos are costing them a lot of money, and it would be better if Britain stopped being a place that protects foreign terrorists and ignores Muslim paedophile gangs, then maybe the day will come when such demos are not necessary. Mind you with the likes of Galloway and Livingstone, traitors out to impose Islam on everyone whether they like it or not I wouldnt hold your breath.
I really wouldnt wanna be Hamza tonight. Maybe he will do the decent thing and top himself and save the taxpayer the airfare? You never know.
