A MAN accused of running a Liverpool prostitution racket with girls as young as 16 appeared in court.

Suspected escort agency boss Rishi Gosain, 41, allegedly vetted his would-be prostitutes by secretly filming them engaged in sexual activity with him.

He yesterday denied 14 charges of controlling prostitutes and child prostitutes and voyeurism after a lengthy charge sheet was read out at Liverpool crown court.

It is alleged Gosain was “controlling for gain” because he received payment as a third party to the sexual services provided at a Liverpool city centre apartment.

He entered not guilty pleas to controlling prostitutes between January 1, 2010, and March 31, 2012 and controlling two girls aged 16 and 17.

He also denied 10 counts of voyeurism by filming four different women engaged in sexual activity “for the purposes of self gratification” without having their consent to record it.

Gosain, said to be in control of high-class escort agencies in Liverpool and Manchester, allegedly had a city centre apartment for use by prostitutes and their customers.

Anti-racism campaigners are urging people to join their opposition to a nationalist march.

Brighton Unite Against Fascism has launched a “unity statement” against the planned return of the March for England on April 21.

It states: “In Brighton we all stand together. And when someone tries to threaten our community we must stand together even more firmly.”

Signatories so far include Brighton Pavilion MP Caroline Lucas, Brighton and Hove City Council leader Jason Kitcat, right, Green and Labour councillors, trade unionists and former council leader Simon Burgess.

All of the above advocate a violent reaction to a peaceful march

Roland Ravenhill, of Brighton Love Music Hate Racism, said: “The diversity and unity of Brighton is something worth supporting and racist marches do not sit well here.

“We encourage people to read and sign the statement.”

At last year’s March for England anti-racist protesters prevented the police from escorting the march along its planned route in Queen’s Road.

Hundreds of counter-demonstrators lined the street to confront up to 140 nationalists from marching.

Police used horses, batons and pepper-spray as they escorted the march through the city.

A ten-year-old girl on the march was hit by a plastic bottle as missiles were hurled from the side of the road.

 A Muslim teenager who was part of a gang throwing fireworks at cars then tried to square up to an off-duty police officer, a court heard.

Promising student Ali Khan, 18, who attended Nelson and Colne College, had gone off the rails after being involved in an anti-EDL protest in Brierfield,Burnley last year, Burnley Crown Court was told.

Khan was part of a large group of young Asian men who stormed into one of the town’s pubs seeking out a 40-strong gang of far-right protesters earlier that day.

The teenager, whose family runs a takeaway in Brierfield, was convicted of affray and criminal damage and given a youth rehabilitation order.

Prosecutor Kimberley Obrusik said that on October 18, Khan was in a car with a number of other young men in Brierfield when fireworks were thrown at a number of other vehicles. Off-duty officer PC Nigel Keates was travelling home and some of the fireworks landed in the path of his vehicle.

Khan then got out of the car and started squaring up to PC Keates, inside the car, telling him to open the window. He was then arrested.
He was also caught going the wrong way around the mini-roundabout, between Nelson and Brierfield.

And he was arrested for driving while banned after he was spotted by police behind the wheel of a Mercedes car in Chapel Street, Brierfield, on October 31.

Khan, of William Street, Brierfield, who admitted dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, having no insurance, using threatening behaviour, and breaching a youth rehabilitation order, was sent to a young offenders’ institution for 12 months.

Philip Holden, defending, said Khan was ‘clearly intelligent’ and had a promising college career before he left his studies earlier this year.
He told the court his client had gone on to work long hours in the family takeaway and came from a respectable family background.

But Judge Beverley Lunt said Khan had ignored the chance given to him by the rehabilitation order.

And he had gone on to commit further offences, meaning that a custodial sentence was inevitable. (H)

Three men jumped the boy in Metaldyne car park.

A 15-year-old boy is being treated for an eye injury after being kicked and punched in the head by a gang of men in Halifax.

The teenager was jumped by the three attackers in Metaldyne car park on Parkinson Lane on Saturday evening.

The victim was approached by three males. He was then hit in the head and kicked.

All three suspects were described as being Asian male teenagers,

Ahmad Otak today pleaded guilty to the double murder in March

An asylum-seeker today admitted stabbing to death his ex-girlfriend’s 17-year-old sister and her 18-year-old friend.

Ahmad Otak, 21, murdered Kimberley Frank and her friend Samantha Sykes, 18, in Kimberley’s flat in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, in March.

Otak, who is from Afghanistan, had visited Kimberley’s home to discuss his stormy relationship with her sister Elisa when the murders took place.

A judge at Leeds Crown Court today warned Otak he now faces a life sentence.

Appearing via video-link from Wakefield Prison, the 21-year-old – who entered the UK in 2007 – pleaded guilty to two counts of murder, and to carrying a blade.

Judge Peter Collier said in court: ‘As I’m sure you will understand, the sentence for murder is fixed by law and the sentence that will be passed on you in due course is one of life imprisonment.’

Otak denied two further charges relating to the kidnap and false imprisonment of his ex-girlfriend Elisa Frank.

Richard Mansell, prosecuting, said the pleas were acceptable to the Crown and would be left on file.

Otak also admitted carrying a kitchen knife in Wakefield on the day of the murders.

Steven Harratt, 57, of Wakefield, is accused of assisting an offender by giving Otak food, money, clothing and a satellite navigation system after the murders.

Otak stabbed Samantha Sykes, 18, to death at her friend’s flat in Wakefield in March

He denies the charge and was granted bail until his trial, the date of which is yet to be fixed.

Otak was remanded in custody and will be sentenced on November 9.

Otak’s teenage victims were discovered at the flat in Barden Road in the Eastmoor area of Wakefield, West Yorkshire, on March 10.

At the time bunches of flowers were left on the steps leading up to the flats, and cards were left attached to a handrail.

A card on one of the bouquets read: ‘Sammy, we will miss you sooo much. You were a great friend and will never ever be forgotten. We’ll see you again one day. RIP.’

West Yorkshire Police said at the time that officers were contacted by Kent Police after a 19-year-old woman in Dover raised concerns for the safety of the two women.

Officers went to the flat in Barden Road and discovered the bodies of Miss Frank and Miss Sykes, of California Drive, Horbury, West Yorkshire.

A post-mortem examination revealed the women died from stab wounds.

Miss Frank, who spent a large part of her life in care, had lived alone in the ground floor flat in the Eastmoor area of Wakefield since moving in two months earlier.

This is the man police are hunting after two lone women were attacked at knifepoint and slashed with a blade.

Extra police have been patrolling the Hounslow area of London after two women were assaulted within ten days of each other in night time attacks.

Police have issued an image of a man they want to question in connection with serious attacks on two young women within 10 days of each other.

A 19-year-old woman was approached from behind, grabbed by an attacker and cut with a bladed item across her neck in the first of the two assaults.

It happened shortly before midnight on August 7 in Hanworth Road, Hounslow, west London, near the junction with St Stephens Road, Scotland Yard said.

The second incident occurred on Friday, at about 1.30am, in nearby Whitton Road, near the junction with Murray Avenue.

A 26-year-old was approached from behind and sliced across her face with a bladed item.

Both women suffered deep cuts which required hospital treatment.

Detectives have formally linked the two incidents and extra officers have been patrolling the area following the attacks.

The suspect is described as a black man, or a light-skinned black man, aged between 18 and 25 years, and between 5ft 6ins and 5ft 11ins.

Borough commander for Hounslow Carl Bussey said: ‘I would ask people to be extra vigilant and aware of their environment, particularly when walking late at night.

‘These sorts of crimes are thankfully rare in Hounslow, but I would like to reassure people that my officers are working tirelessly to catch whoever is responsible.

‘Extra officers will be on patrol in the area while this investigation continues.’

Police have urged a male cyclist who came to the aid of the victim in Hanworth Road to contact them as they believe he may have information that could help the investigation.

The senior officer leading the hunt for the killers of three young men during the riots in Birmingham last year is under investigation by thepolice watchdog after a jury cleared eight men of the murders.

Questions were raised about the inquiry, run by Detective Chief Inspector Anthony Tagg, during the trial at Birmingham crown court after it emerged that the officer had failed to disclose until very late in the proceedings that he had offered immunity from prosecution to witnesses in the case.

Such arrangements are defined by law and have to be made available to the defence in a criminal trial.

As he tried to explore the facts of the non-disclosure, the trial judge, Mr Justice Flaux, accused Tagg of lying under oath, saying he had invented an account about the matter.

The controversy over the police inquiry and prosecution case emerged after a jury acquitted eight men of murdering brothers Shazad Ali, 30, and Abdul Musavir, 31, and their friend Haroon Jahan, 20, as they tried to protect their businesses on 10 August at the height of the rioting in Winson Green, Birmingham, last summer.

The men were flung 3m in the air after being hit from behind by a speeding car in what the prosecution said was a modern-day equivalent of a “chariot charge” of three cars.

As the verdicts were announced on Thursday Jahan’s father, Tariq, appealed for calm: “I would like to appeal for peace and calm in our community in light of today’s verdicts.”

Last year Tariq Jahan gained widespread respect in the immediate aftermath of his son’s death with an emotional appeal to stop the violence and looting that had spread from London to other parts of England.

He spoke again as friends of the acquitted men gathered outside court holding bottles of champagne, promising to give them a “hero’s welcome”.

In a statement the Independent Police Complaints Commission said it was mounting an independent investigation into the conduct of the West Midlands police senior investigating officer in the case. “Evidence was heard during the trial suggesting that certain witnesses may have been promised immunity from prosecution by the police in return from them giving evidence,” the IPCC said.

“The trial judge … temporarily halted the trial and questioned police officers and others on oath to establish the facts around the non-disclosure of this information. The judge … has since raised concerns about the evidence given to him by a detective chief inspector during this questioning, this was the senior investigating officer in the case.”

A jury took four hours over two days to find Ian Beckford, 30, who drove the Mazda involved in the collision, and seven other men – Everton Graham, 30, Joshua Donald, 27, Aaron Parkins, 18, Adam King, 24, Ryan Goodwin, 21, Sean Flynn, 26, and Pablo Ruiz-Gaviria, 31, all from Birmingham – not guilty of the murders of the three friends. They also cleared them of the lesser charge of manslaughter.

After the verdict Mr Justice Flaux called for calm.

“On any view this has been a terrible case – a tragic and pointless loss of three young lives,” he said.

“However, by their verdicts the jury have decided that this was not a deliberate killing, that there was no plan to kill these three young men. The jury have decided that this was a terrible accident.”

All eight defendants denied they planned to kill the men in a co-ordinated attack using three cars and said the deaths were an accident.

Beckford, who was driving a black Mazda 6, was carrying two passengers when he collided with the men.

The jury watched CCTV footage of the crash and the aftermath, which set off violent scenes in the public gallery.

The 15-second film showed an Audi, being driven by King, heading up Dudley Road and wobbling slightly as it slowed before the crowd.

Seconds later a Fiesta, being driven by Donald, and the Mazda 6 sped towards the crowd, with the latter mowing down the men, catapulting them into the air.

The impact of the crash was so violent the Mazda’s bonnet flipped up and the nearside headlight was smashed.

Beckford claimed he swerved to avoid the crowd because he was concerned about getting his car “smashed up”.

He told the jury he was good friends with Musavir and Ali and had not intended to knock down, kill or seriously harm any member of the crowd.

The defence described the prosecution claims of a murderous plan being hatched in a three-minute “window” prior to the deaths as implausible speculation which had put innocent men in the dock.

The three men driving the cars – Beckford, King and Donald – and their passengers variously described the prosecution’s claim as “ridiculous” and “utter rubbish”.

Defence lawyer Paul Lewis QC, representing Beckford, urged jurors to set aside their emotions and to try the case with “objective and unbiased consideration”.

The barrister submitted that the collision happened when the three cars involved were “under serious attack” from groups of men throwing bricks and missiles from both sides of the road.

“It occurred as the three unfortunate victims themselves stepped further into the road to attack the cars,” he said. “It was a tragedy but it was an accident nonetheless.”

I HOPE you had a good laugh last week when Ed Miliband pretended to apologise for swamping Britain with five million uninvited migrants.

He suggested it was a clerical error. Downing Street thought only 13,000 EU citizens would come and, whoops, it turned out to be a million.

He didn’t mention the millions more who strolled in from Africa, India, China, South America, the Far East, the Middle East and the Near East.

That was a surprise, too, apparently. But it was no accident.

Mass immigration was a calculated, secret and unscrupulous plan to swamp Britain with cheap labour and a lifetime’s supply of grateful Labour voters.

It also had the happy side-effect of embarrassing the Tories, who were loudly denounced as “racist” if they voiced a word of protest.

Indeed, all critics — including a furious Labour supporter — were trashed, in the words of Gordon Brown, as “bigots” or “fascists”.

Yet the biggest losers in this campaign to change the face of Britain were working class Labour voters.

For all Gordon Brown’s lip service to poor families, he waved in countless thousands prepared to work for less than his cherished minimum wage. Not a peep was heard from the unions now striking across the public sector.

Let me say here that immigration is not just a good thing, it is essential.

Britain has a grown-up attitude to race and religion.

But it is irresponsible to throw open the door to millions, about whom we know little, and put them at the top of the queue for homes, schools and health care.

Tony Blair was a fervent supporter of this reckless mission.

As Prime Minister he refused to hear a word of protest — even from Labour supporters.

After all, if they ended up unemployed, they would be well looked after on welfare at the taxpayers’ expense.

So foreign workers took five million new jobs in the “boom” years while five million British-born jobless were left to rot on benefit.

The result today is a country bursting at the seams with people it cannot house or look after properly.

London and the South East are now the most densely populated areas in Europe.

On the pavements of the capital it is rare to hear spoken English.

In some boroughs more than half of babies are born to foreign parents.

Some cities in the North have become no-go enclaves divided by race and religion.

This is proudly hailed as “diversity”.

In reality it is a divisive and discredited experiment in multiculturalism.

Britain is home to 17 per cent of all the Muslims in Europe, with three million now settled here. That number will double in 20 years.

Even staunch Labour supporters, including race equality chief Trevor Phillips, denounce multiculturalism as a form of “segregation”.

It makes “white families feel cheated out of their right to social housing by newly arrived migrants,” he says.

Predictably, this courageous black campaigner was accused by Ken Livingstone of pandering to racist “Right-wingers”.

As Mr Miliband was issuing his cod apology, Tony Blair yesterday insisted he had “no regrets” about opening the floodgates.

Polish workers had been a blessing, he said.

But he confessed he was worried about “uncontrolled and illegal immigration and organised crime”.

But this is precisely the point, Tony. There are good immigrants and bad immigrants — and you indiscriminately let in the lot.

Murderous drug gangs, child prostitution traffickers and convicted thugs turned Britain into the organised crime capital of Europe.

There’s diversity for you.

Mr Blair then wasted billions setting up a toothless Serious Organised Crime Agency, since effectively being wound up as a failure.

Ed Miliband’s mealy-mouthed “apology” contains no serious plans for controlling immigration, still less a cap on numbers.

He probably hopes the two years since they lost office is long enough for people to forget.

They successfully changed the face of Britain.

The consequences will be felt, for better and for worse, for generations to come.

After a top night out in Hove on friday, we headed into Brighton early doors around ten. Some Essex girls had been on the ground in Brighton since 8am and reported some unwashed anarchist scum on the beach in sleeping bags but apart from that it was all quiet.

As the day went on the majority of us refused to go in pubs, knowing full well that should we group up in a pub we were likely to be kettled in there, so we stayed mobile in small groups and walked around the seafront and pier. Its fair to say we did not see a Commie all day. Our girls mingled with the Ukuncut demo and at very tops there was 100 there.

Commies had been saying on their blog that we were in Brighton to attack the UKuncut demo but thats just a fantasy they had. They think if they twitter something it automatically becomes true. We never had any intention of attacking anyone. We stayed mobile and out of pubs and its hard to estimate the numbers but I would put them at between 120 and 140 as everywhere we went we saw small groups of ours. Bouncers kept asking “are you EDL” and ours would deny it as no badges or colours were on show. Police stopped us several times and we denied we were EDL and sometimes they searched us and sometimes they said “ok”. We heard many people saying “ive heard EDL are in town” as we sat next to them, inconspicuous and unseen.

The little bumder who writes the pile of tosh called EDL news wrote some silly article where he claimed, (while using a wrong pic of Joe) that it was going to rain all day. Did it F and the weather was amazing. We wandered around the beach and promenade in small groups always close enough that if we were attacked we’d be ok.

Having decided that the threats to “run us out of town” and “smash us” were just internet bullcrap, and the massive Commie presence was just a daydream, at around 3pm a few groups, having a long way to travel home, and happy that we had made our point that we will not be terrorised off ENGLISH streets by Communists and Anarchists, a lot of the  small groups started to make their way home.

This was our first encounter with the unwashed. As we walked up a sidestreet we were subjected to a small group of tramps shouting “nazi” at us while hiding behind the police. Scary. Then a group of ten Birmingham lads walked round a corner into a mob of about 100 Anarchist types who attacked and some punches were exchanged before police intervened. None of the brum lot were injured and the next hour or so saw small scuffles in a number of places as these tramps encountered small groups of our people.

Apparantly a UAF march was diverted away from the area by police as they had no control over small roaming groups of ours who kept running into small groups of hysterical commies intent on violence. Police started arresting people and the more clued up amongst our groups decided this caper was pointless and would ultimately lead to mass arrests of us so started bailing out either to side street pubs or their cars. Ten people were arrested during these scuffles, mostly ours as several Anarchists were knocked out. A lot of ours then went to the police station to make sure those arrested were ok.

The 30 who were left at Belushis were rounded up and marched to the station by police. Commies on twitter are claiming this 30 is all that was there, but the ones on the ground know the score, we were all around in small units, some are staying tonight but most are now gone.

We proved our point. Where were the 600 plus who attacked the MFE march of families? They didnt turn out today as they knew they would have opposition today, who werent gonna be kettled and an easy target so they stayed away. Next MFE march we will have 1000 on it and then they wont dare attack it as they are cowards.

We came, we saw we made our point. They can twitter all the shit they want, we showed them for what they are, idiots.

Well done all those who made the trip, from among other places Hull, Brum, Leicester, Cardiff, Manchester, Anglians, Kent, London, Essex, Nottingham, Newcastle, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Southend, Wolves, Berkshire, Bristol, Swindon and the local lads for their hospitality. I know some people had genuine reasons not to turn up, but some people said they were going, didnt say they werent and didnt turn up. They should be ashamed and next time they say anything it will be treated as the shit it is.

FASCISTS HUMILIATED IN BRIGHTON – AGAIN!

Casuals United, the football hooligan wing of the EDL, made complete tits of themselves in Brighton today (2nd). In response to their humiliation at March for England the fash thought it would be a good idea to come back in even smaller numbers to have a go at the “rabid hordes of commie UAF gays” that passes for the population of Brighton.

Far right websites, blogs and Facebook pages are already attempting to claim that antifa either a) didn’t turn up, b) ran away, and/or c) attacked patriots unprovoked. In reality the knuckle draggers managed to skulk about in a few pubs (including Belushis, The Saint James & The Amsterdam) while around 100 antifascists stewarded the UK Uncut demo and Palestine Solidarity stall near Churchill Sq. Once the stall had packed up around 3pm the antifascists mobbed up and headed towards Old Steine to confront the racists.

Police halted the majority of the march halfway down North St, meaning only around 30 made it to the bottom of St James Street, where small groups of fash were skulking around making homophobic remarks. A spirited fistfight broke out, though the police waded in before a decisive outcome was reached.

The cops then rounded up most of the EDL and marched them to the train station, with antifascists haranguing them all the way. Many of them then left town with a few others heading back into town to find a pub to defend from Sharia Law.

Antifascists then regrouped for a well earned pint, while others headed to Hollingbury police station to pick up arrested comrades. So far at least 5 antifascists and 5 fascists have been nicked today.

A more complete & concise roundup of the day’s events will be posted in the near future.

And to the Commie who questioned why we denied we were EDL to police and bouncers. Why do you think you thick twat?

Positive policing prevents major disorder in Brighton and Hove

A positive policing presence in Brighton and Hove today (Saturday 2 June) ensured it was largely business as usual for residents, traders and visitors, as both nationalists and UK Uncut supporters gathered in the city.

Superintendent Steve Whitton said: “We took the decision to have a visible and reassuring presence in the city today. Early engagement, explaining our intentions to facilitate peacefulactivity and making arrests for any criminality, prevented an escalation of tension between the groups and only a few minor incidents of disorder took place.

“I would like to thank local people, businesses and visitors for their patience on the few occasions when it was necessary to close roads or divert traffic. We were able keep these to a minimum.”

Police estimate around 100 nationalists and 100 UK Uncut supporters were in the city. Supporters of UK Uncut gathered at the Clock Tower just after noon and made their way to Churchill Square for a peaceful gathering.

After the planned event, a spontaneous anti-facist march took place in North Street involving some people who had been part of the UK Uncut group and others. Around 3pm this march was diverted away from nationalist supporters by police to avoid likely conflict.

Later in the afternoon, there were minor confrontations between opposing factions on the seafront and in the St James’s Street area but these were quickly dealt with by police.

A group of around 30 nationalists who had been confrontational during the afternoon were escorted to Brighton railway station around 6pm and placed on trains out of the city.

At 7pm policing of the city returned to the local policing team, with some additional officers to respond to any isolated incidents of disorder overnight and to support the Fatboy Slim event at the Amex Statium.

A total 18 people were arrested during the day. Three were cautioned and released:

• A 47-year-old man from Enfield, Middlesex, was cautioned for possession of cocaine and released.
• A 32-year-old man from Portslade was cautioned for possession of cannabis and cannabis resin and released.
• A 37-year-old man from Sittingbourne, Kent, was cautioned for possession of cocaine and released.

The remainder are in custody while investigations continue and have been, or will be, interviewed:

• A 26-year-old man from Cambridge for using offensive language.
• A 44-year-old man from Brighton for discharging a firework in a public place.
• A 45-year-old man from Brighton for breach of the peace.
• A 49-year-old man from Shoreham for actual bodily harm.
• A 43-year-old man from Hull for being drunk and disorderly.
• A 49-year-old man from Worthing for using offensive language.
• A 50-year-old man from Herne Bay, Kent for committing battery.
• A 45-year-old man from Bletchley, Milton Keynes for breaching a notice served under Section 27 of the Violent Crime Reduction Act.
• A 51-year-old man from Hull for criminal damage, assaulting a police officer and breaching a notice served under Section 27 of the Violent Crime Reduction Act.
• A 53-year-old woman from Brighton for assaulting a police officer.
• A 27-year-old man from Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire for causing distress to public.
  A 30-year-old man from Brighton for assault.
• A 27-year-old man from Brighton for using offensive language.
• A 50-year-old man from Bournemouth for using racial language while chanting.
• A 37-year-old man from Brighton for possession of heroin.

Which is the more serious offence do you think? Being drunk on a train and shouting some mild racial abuse or trying to kick someone to death while calling them a “white slag”? Well in today’s Britain, the shouting abuse offence is the one that gets treated most harshly. Our legal system is geared towards throwing the book at white people who dare question the mass invasion of our country by immigrants, many of whom are here only to abuse our benefits system, and many who have out and out hatred for us and cant even be bothered to try and disguise it.

She had done the same thing once before but the reality of the matter is, what she is guilty of here is a Section 5 public order offence, which should get her an £80 spot fine. Instead because it is “racially aggravated” she is jailed. 11 people were jailed recently in Carlisle for the same sort of thing, where no violence was used, just insulting/racist words. The police, CPS and Judges are DESPERATE to show their “anti racist” credentials, and will lock up any racist person that finds themselves at their mercy.

At the same time, the police, CPS and Judges also want to show how “not racist” they are by being leniant on any immigrants that appear before them. A note regarding buying from #Muslim businesses #edl #uaf #islam

Im told that yesterday in Redditch all the pubs were closed but a Muslim owned shop was open and certain people went in there buying booze. If this is true then those people should be ashamed of themselves. Any money you spend on Muslim owned businesses is potentially funding the Taliban and allowing them to purchase equipment and arms to kill and maim our lads if Afghanistan. Its not rocket salad people, if you arent sure if a business is Muslim owned just dont use it. Dont get in their taxis, dont buy takeaways from them and dont use their shops. Certain groups are round the mosques every week collecting for “freedom fighters” in Afghanistan, do not give them your money.
