ONLY IN ENGLAND WOULD THIS HAPPEN…….THESE are the multi-cultural kids at the first school in the UK where no pupils speak English as their first language.
The Sun revealed how all 440 pupils at Gladstone Primary in Peterborough, Cambs, have a foreign mother tongue.
They use 20 different languages and staff rely partly on hand signals.
Most of the kids have Pakistani backgrounds and speak Punjabi or Urdu, while the rest include children of immigrants from Lithuania or Latvia.
Head Christine Parker said teachers tried to see bilingualism as an advantage and the school was rated “good” by Ofsted.
So they use hand signals rather than teach the kids to speak English and Ofsted says that is “good”? Totally disgusting is what it is. Stacey

I can’t speak for England, But Here In Switzerland as long they are of “Christian” Background they seems to fit easy, and the exchange is rather positive.. When it is other background..they don’t..and Islam, welll as you know we should change our flag because of the Cross.. But Latvian and Lithuanian.. are usually people with strong will..people you can rely on.
