#John Terry case, more proof of #CPS campaign against white people #edl

Comment by Editor of the Chelsea Fanzine CFC UK, David Johnstone

“A fantastic result for John Terry, Chelsea Football Club and the supporters. But what a waste of time, what a waste of taxpayers’ money, the case should never have been brought.

“What goes on in the dressing room should stay in the dressing room, what goes on on the pitch stays on the pitch.”

Well said. It is absolutely ridiculous that this case ended up in a criminal court. How much did this farce cost? The police and CPS are on a mission. That mission is to prosecute offensive comments harder than they prosecute burglary and street robbers. Look how many high profile cases there have been lately  where racist language is getting people jailed for 12 months. We dont all have £1000 an hour Barristers to protect us. A lad off a council estate accused of the same thing as Terry would now be in prison, and for what? For WORDS. How have we got to a situation where words can get you 12 months in prison? If someone called you a “fat c@unt” or a “white c@nt” and you went to the police station to report it they would laugh at you. If someone called you a “black c@nt” they will fly out, use unlimited resources to track the perpertrator and prosecute and if convicted jail the person. Is this sane? I think not. If Terry racially abused another team mate it should have been a disciplinary matter. To involve the police is mental. Even more mental is the way the police pile in and the anti white CPS get frenzied. All this “racial aggravation” thing is just so much “pc” bollocks. It is alienating the white people of this country to boiling point. Swearing and calling someone names is nothing more than a Section 5. You know it as well as I do. I wonder if Emma West will have the same result with her “duty solicitor” ie a useless twat who’s usually in the same golf club as the arresting officers. Time will tell.

As far as I’m aware Ferdinand didn’t want all this after he was made aware of the alleged remarks. It’s another case of white middle-class insecurity about the working class, and football is one of the last bastions of blue-collar solidarity in the UK. Along with groups like the EDL: perhaps the establishment equates the two.

You’re not wrong about duty solicitors. I was used one a long time ago, 25+ years ago, when I was about 21. I’m glad I was someone that had become street savvy, because the duty solicitor was like a chocolate teapot. I had to prompt him to give me advice, otherwise he just sat there saying nothing.

As I was leaving, I could see him having a laugh and a joke with some of the police officers. He just wanted his fee payment and for me to plead guilty, so that he could move on to his next fee payment.
