Paul, I suspect he had spent 1 year with this team from Channel 4, and they had ingratiated themselves. I wouldn’t be surprised if they hadn’t suggested the drinking (of course, we don’t see the members of the production team who were drunk alongside him). What were they doing in his hotel room?
